NEW ⁠YORK, ⁠Aug 5 (Reuters) – ⁠A U.S. ​appeals ‌court said ‌on ⁠Wednesday that ⁠a New York ​City ​law requiring food ⁠delivery ⁠companies ⁠to share customers’ ​data with ​restaurants ⁠is ⁠unconstitutional.

The decision was issued by ⁠the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ⁠in Manhattan.
