Bristol Rose, Ruby Willman & Aubrey Wall.
Three queens were crowned Monday night at the Bond County Fair pageant.
Jeff Leidel talked briefly with each of them after the pageant.
The new Miss Bond County is Aubrey Wall, the 19-year-old daughter of Laura and Don Wall of Sorento. Wall says she was speechless and surprised when her name was announced, adding that she’s honored to represent Bond County. Wall says she’s excited for the year ahead, especially the opportunity to serve alongside friends who are fair queens from other counties and work with the outstanding group of young women from this year’s pageant.

Aubrey will be a sophomore at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.
Crowned the 2026 Junior Miss was Bristol Rose, 13-year-old daughter of Stephanie and Jake Rose of Greenville.
She says she’s both excited and nervous as she begins her reign. Rose says she was surprised to hear her name announced after spending a lot of time praying and hoping for the opportunity. She’s especially looking forward to the year ahead, although she admits she’s nervous about showing a cow at the fair for the first time.

Bristol will be an eighth grader at Greenville Junior High School.
Serving as Little Miss Bond County will be eight-year-old Ruby Willman, daughter of Riley and Bubba Willman of Greenville.
Jeff had fun chatting briefly with Ruby, who says she’s excited to represent the fair and is looking forward to a busy year ahead. Willman says she’ll be attending other pageants as part of her duties and is eager to take part in those experiences.

Ruby will be in the third grade at Greenville Elementary School.
