Semi driver from SC charged after smashing into overpass in New York – WSOC TV

NEW YORK — New video shows the moment a semi driver from York County smashed into an overpass.

In it, you can see chunks of concrete flying.

It happened around noon on I-87 in New York.

Troopers say the semi hit a car on the shoulder.

That driver was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Troopers wrote the semi driver from York County, Pernell Harris, a ticket for an over height vehicle.
