STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — As the week winds down, Crumbl Cookie is putting the finishing touches on a highly unusual and elegant collaboration — the Martha Stewart cookie collection, available through Saturday, Nov. 8, at both Staten Island locations in Charleston and West Brighton.

This limited-edition, golden-hued box transforms Martha Stewart’s iconic desserts into cookie form, featuring flavors like coconut cake, fudge brownie, pumpkin cheesecake, New York cheesecake, mile-high lemon pie, chocolate tart and her signature cookie thins, inspired by her daughter’s recipe. “These are all her famous desserts,” said area manager Ariel Castro at the West Brighton shop, noting that the chocolate chip cookie thins include “a little brush of granulated sugar — a Martha Stewart flourish.”

The West Brighton location at 423 Forest Ave. and the South Shore shop at 2955 Veterans Road West are both carrying the Martha Stewart cookie collection.

Owned by Staten Island residents Rob and Aimee Tarantino, Crumbl emphasizes freshness and transparency — with an open kitchen to prove it.

“We mix our cookies in-house with real ingredients: butter, sugar, eggs,” said Aimee Tarantino. “You can come in and see the mixers making the cookies.” The West Brighton location features an open bakery concept, allowing customers to watch their treats being prepared from scratch.

What sets Crumbl apart is its rotating weekly menu. “The best thing about Crumbl is that our flavors change every week,” said manager Bella. “So you’ll never get bored.”

Though Crumbl is a national franchise founded by Jason McGowan, the Staten Island locations are independently owned and operated. “We live here. Our children go to school here. We give back to the community,” said Aimee. “People think it’s a big corporation, but it’s actually just me and my husband.”

Store hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., plus Friday and Saturday, 8 a.m. to midnight. Both locations are closed on Sundays.

Customers can vote for favorite flavors via the Crumbl app, and new holiday items are expected soon. The Martha Stewart collection arrives just as Forest Avenue, between Broadway and Hart Boulevard, begins to sparkle with holiday decorations.

Aimee Tarantino added, “We pride ourselves not only on our cookie quality but also our hospitality. We are so blessed to have the best leadership and team members that pay attention to detail and act with integrity. I’m incredibly proud of them! Their dedication, teamwork and commitment to excellence make all the difference every single day.”

And while the Martha Stewart line wraps up this weekend, a big announcement is coming Sunday at 7 p.m. — a brand-new Crumbl flavor is set to debut next week, though its exact style remains under wraps for now.
