A homeless stalker has spent months lurking outside Roc Nation’s Chelsea offices and shouting threats at the record label’s CEO, who co-founded the company with Jay Z, police sources said Tuesday.
Desiree Perez, 57, endured the threats shouted by her tormentor from outside the entertainment company’s W. 26th St. offices near 11th Ave. since May, sources said.
“You’re going to die,” was among the many threats the suspect shouted at Perez.
A representative for Perez contacted detectives at the 10th Precinct about 7:30 p.m. Monday in response to another run-in with the suspect that occurred earlier that day, according to sources.
In addition to harassing the executive outside her office, the suspect threatened her on social media and in rap lyrics, sources said.

Sources identified the suspect as a homeless man in his 30s who is known to the department. There have been no arrests.
Cops are currently trying to locate and question the suspected stalker.
Perez succeeded Jay Brown as CEO at Roc Nation in 2019, roughly 11 years after she and several others founded the record label alongside Jay Z.
The businesswoman was named on Entrepreneur’s 100 Women of Influence list in 2022, and won an Emmy for Outstanding Variety Special for that year’s Super Bowl Halftime Show, which she produced.
