HAGERSTOWN- The Hagerstown Police Department is currently seeking the assistance from the public locating a missing male. 35 year old Sethian William Shatzer was reported missing through the department and was last seen on Security Road in Hagerstown. He is believed to be in either the Baltimore, Maryland or the Queens, New York areas.
Shatzer is described as 5’11” 170 lbs., with short brown hair. His clothing description when he left is unknown.
