A Bronx man is facing felony charges after authorities say he forced his way into a Westchester County home and attacked a mother and daughter.
Investigators say 39-year-old Alberto Botero entered the Greenburgh home after the mother mistakenly believed he was a delivery driver.
Authorities allege Botero then attempted to rape the woman’s daughter.
Police say the mother fought Botero off with a broom during the attack.
The daughter was able to run outside and seek help.
Botero was arrested at the scene.
He is facing felony charges in connection with the incident.
