Developers recently purchased their latest Father Capodanno Boulevard property, bringing a new chapter to a longtime restaurant location. Public records show the developers, doing business under an LLC, finalized the purchase of the former Toto’s Restaurant at 809 Father Capodanno Boulevard and four adjacent lots on May 22 for $4 million. The five lots total about half an acre of land, and the LLC is listed at 867 Father Capodanno Blvd., the same address as United Land Realty. Plans for the site have not been filed with the Department of Buildings as of Monday, Aug. 10. Joe & John Toto’s restaurant closed its doors in early 2019 after 34 years, and Juicy Lucy Barbecue later operated in the same building.
