Edgewell Personal Care Brands LLC sued a company that it says sells and promotes products that infringe its trademarks.
Brooklyn-based Glamour Goods Corp. sells Edgewell products without authorization on online retailers including Amazon.com, a Friday complaint filed in the US District for the Eastern District of New York said. The infringement has caused Edgewell “a loss of the enormous goodwill” it has created in its trademarks and led to less profits from lost sales, the personal care brand alleges.
