Police are asking the public to help identify a brute who attacked a senior following a fender bender in Brooklyn over the weekend.
According to law enforcement sources, it all happened around 5 p.m. on Saturday on the northwest corner of Midwood Street and Nostrand Avenue. Cops say a 76-year-old male driver struck an unoccupied motorized scooter in what they described as a minor collision.
As a result, the owner of the scooter became enraged and began arguing with the elderly driver. The altercation escalated when the suspect rained down punches and kicks on the victim multiple times. The 76-year-old was treated on the scene by EMS.
Meanwhile, the perpetrator fled on the motorized scooter, traveling westbound on Midwood Street. He was last seen wearing glasses, a white hat and a white shirt.
No arrests have been made.
