The Dance Moms star will play a limited run in a featured dance role, while Fatone will play two additional stints in the role of Lance this fall.
Dance Moms TV star Kenzie Ziegler will make her Broadway debut in & Juliet this fall, playing featured ensemble dancer Charmion from September 15 to November 1 only.
“I can’t believe I actually get to make my Broadway debut in this amazing show,” Ziegler said in a statement. “I’m so excited to work with the wonderful team at & Juliet.”
Additionally, multiple current cast members have extended their runs with the show. Joey Fatone and original cast member Paulo Szot, who are currently alternating in the role of Lance, will continue to do so through November 1. Fatone will perform September 1-6; September 23 to October 11; and October 20 – November 1. Szot will perform from August 18-30 and October 13-18. Reese Britts will play Lance for all other performances through November 1.
In addition, Corey Mach will also extend his run as Shakespeare through October 4, 2026.
As previously announced, singer and social media star Anthony Gargiula (The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Counter-Melodies video series) will make his Broadway debut as François for a limited run starting September 15, succeeding current cast member Nathan Levy.
Continuing cast members include Gianna Harris as Juliet, Chrissy Metz as Angelique (through September 13), Alison Luff as Anne, Michael Iván Carrier as May, and Ben Jackson Walker as Romeo.
& Juliet starts at the end of Shakespeare’s classic tragedy — except Juliet decides not to die and instead seeks out life and love after Romeo. The musical is set to 30 pop hits from the Backstreet Boys, *NSYNC, Kelly Clarkson, Bon Jovi, and more.
