MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – A 44-year-old Topeka woman was booked into the Riley County Jail following her Monday afternoon arrest in connection with probation violation, officials said.
The arrested woman was identified as Hope Elizabeth Minter.
Officials said Minter was arrested at approximately 12:14 p.m. Monday in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road on a Riley County District Court warrant charging her with probation violation.

Minter’s arrest stemmed from original charges that included two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, officials said.
Minter remained Tuesday in the Riley County Jail, where she was being held without bond.
