In Park Slope, an 1870s row house has a few period details, like mantels and wood floors, and is set up as a triplex with a top-floor rental. This former Open House Pick sold in June for $3.925 million, which was $875,000 over the asking price.
Also in Park Slope, in an 1890s brownstone that was once a grand single-family, this duplex co-op still has some impressive details, including built-ins, a mantel, and wood floors. This former Co-op of the Day is still available for $1.699 million, a price cut of $300,000.
Finally, a renovation gave this Windsor Terrace one-bedroom apartment some updated finishes, while its original 1940s layout offers spacious rooms and a fair amount of closet space. This former Co-op of the Day sold in May for $660,000, which was $25,000 over the asking price.
