A man was gunned down outside a Bronx home on Tuesday evening — and the shooter is still on the lam, according to authorities.

A 39-year-old man was discovered with a gunshot wound to his head around 6:50 p.m. outside a building on Grand Avenue between 190th Street and 192nd Street in University Heights, according to the NYPD.

The unidentified man was pronounced dead at the scene, cops said.
