A 72-year-old man was taken to a hospital after being pushed onto the subway tracks at Rockefeller Center early Wednesday, according to a law enforcement source.

The source says the victim had gotten into a dispute with a 40-year-old man on the nortbound F/D platform.

It wasn’t clear what they argued about, but at some point, the younger man allegedly shoved the 72-year-old onto the train tracks.

The victim was able to climb back onto the platform. He is expected to be OK. The source didn’t have any details on the nature of potential injuries.

The alleged shover, meanwhile, who is from Queens, was arrested on charges including assault and reckless endangerment.
