Toss & Fire is celebrating a decade of being at the Great New York State fair with an exciting lineup of three new pizzas, three returning pizzas, new wing creations and a new appetizer – all available exclusively at the NYS Fair.
“Celebrating our tenth year at the NYS Fair is pretty incredible for us,” said Nick Sanford, founder of Toss & Fire. “The Fair has become such a big part of our story and it gives us a chance every year to have some fun, get creative and make things we wouldn’t normally put on our menu. We’re really proud of what we came up with this year and can’t wait for everyone to try it.”
2026 Fair Exclusives – Pizzas:NEW: Girl Dinner Pizza – Olive oil with fresh garlic and mozzarella. Finished post-oven with crisp Caesar salad, garlic parmesan fries, shaved romano, and Caesar dressing.NEW: Buzzer Beater Mac & Cheese Pizza – Mozzarella with a spicy mac & cheese, roasted orange bell peppers, caramelized onions, fried chicken, and fresh parsley.NEW: Fair Deli Gambino Pizza – Olive oil with fresh garlic, mozzarella, dollops of marinara sauce, and beef/pork meatballs. Finished post-oven with whipped ricotta, Mike’s Hot Honey, fresh basil, and shaved romano.RETURNING: Spicy Vodka – Mozzarella with dollops of house-made vodka sauce and hot Basilio sausage. Finished post-oven with burrata filling, fresh basil, shaved romano, and Mike’s Extra Hot Honey.RETURNING: Chicago Beef Pizza – Olive oil with fresh garlic, three-cheese blend of mozzarella, cheddar, and provolone, topped with thinly sliced slow-roasted sirloin, Caruso’s mild giardiniera, and banana peppers. Served with a side of au jus for dipping.RETURNING: SummerCuse Pizza – Smashed salt potatoes with mozzarella, cheddar, applewood smoked bacon, and pulled pork.
