Good morning Gang Green Nation! The New York Jets won’t be facing former Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers in Friday night’s preseason game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Rodgers will be sitting this one out on the sidelines. That removes the whole “revenge game” factor. Of course, in a preseason game, how much revenge can one get? With Geno Smith possibly also missing the game, we may be in for a battle of the 2026 draft pick backup quarterbacks. Cade Klubnik may be in line for the start with the Jets, while Drew Allar should see plenty of playing time with the Steelers. Brady vs Manning this ain’t.
