Woman, 19, listed as victim of rape on Wednesday in Manhattan

MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – A 19-year-old woman was listed as the victim of a rape Wednesday afternoon in Manhattan, officials said.

The incident was reported at 4:18 p.m. Wednesday at an undisclosed location in Manhattan.

Riley Count police listed a 21-year-old man as the suspect.
