The heart of Long Island City was buzzing when Radiant LIC (24-01 Queens Plaza N, Long Island City, NY 11101) threw its official Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) party on Thursday, August 13, 2026.
Chairman and CEO of New Empire Corp., Bentley Zhao, along with members who helped develop Radiant LIC and prospective buyers, gathered on the 19th floor of the building to clink glasses and celebrate the milestone of 60% of the residences being sold. The process made it official for buyers to start the move-in process while marking a new chapter in their lives. The crowd was given an extensive walkthrough of Radiant’s key residences, including full access to the amenity floor, which currently houses a golf simulator, karaoke machine, Finnish sauna, basketball court, and a sunlit fitness center.
The Queens Gazette was on hand to capture a few of the sights inside the ODA-designed tower that is destined to become a landmark at the scenic gateway to the Queens community. Check out the visuals that show the efficient studios, spacious two-bedroom homes, and amenities in all of their brightly lit glory.
