WILL COUNTY, Ill. (WLS) — More controversial Flock license plate reading cameras are coming to the Chicago area.

The Will County Board will allow them in Mokena, Crete, Manhattan, Frankfort, Naperville and Wilmington. All of them recently adopted stricter rules and policies for the technology.
