This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Park Slope, Midwood, and Bed Stuy. How did they fare?

First up, a Park Slope brownstone with an ornate exterior. This single-family also has fine interior details including mantels, stained glass, and wood floors. This former House of the Day sold in June for $4.4 million, which was $405,000 over the asking price.

In Midwood, an early 20th century single-family standalone comes with a garage. This former Open House Pick sold in June for the asking price of $1.45 million.

In Park Slope, a fourth-floor co-op in an 1890s flats building has two bedrooms, two baths, and modern finishes. This former Co-op of the Day sold in July for $1.58 million, which was $180,000 over the asking price.

Finally, in Bed Stuy, this row house configured as two duplexes has attractive details, including plaster ornamentation, mantels, moldings, interior shutters, and wood floors. This former House of the Day sold in May for $2.45 million, which was $205,000 over the asking price.
