Mayor Zohran Mamdani announced Tuesday the city will expedite the most critical housing court cases involving vacate orders, hazardous building conditions and elevator outages.
Dina Levy, commissioner of the city’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development, joined “Inside City Hall” to discuss the directive the Mamdani administration says is part of its efforts to hold bad landlords accountable.
