CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – According to Cleveland Police, a man was killed after hitting a utility pole near the intersection of Pearl Road and Cypress Avenue Wednesday afternoon.
The intersection was closed for hours as police investigated.
Cleveland Police said very preliminary information indicated the motorcycle was performing some stunt, lost control, and struck a pole.
The man was taken to MetroHealth Hospital, where he died a short time later.
Police told 19 News preliminary information could change once the investigation evolves.
