Patrick Clancy and his current wife, Dr. Rachel Danis, are reportedly considering a major move as jurors weigh whether his ex-wife, Lindsay Clancy, is guilty of the deaths of their three young children.
More than three years after Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, 8 months, were killed in 2023, Patrick, 38, is working on a new chapter in his life with Danis.

The Daily Mail reported on Wednesday, August 26, that Patrick is quietly searching for a new home in Manhattan and toured apartments this week with Corcoran agent Alex Grapstein.
He and Rachel share a 750-square-foot, one-bedroom Midtown apartment that costs $5,500 a month. Their search began as the lease neared its end. According to the outlet, Grapstein confirmed that Patrick was seeking another home but declined to elaborate, calling the matter “too sensitive.”
The timing and attention around the high-profile case have intensified interest in Patrick and Rachel.
He has never been accused of wrongdoing in the criminal case, but false conspiracy theories have circulated online, particularly after news that he had remarried and moved to New York following the tragedy became public.
Details of their apartment search emerged days after Globe reported that Patrick and Rachel had been spotted on the terrace of their Manhattan apartment.
Addressing the online attacks against Patrick, one relative described the attention as “internet lunacy” and said it had taken a toll.
“I think he is doing okay under the circumstances,” the relative told the Daily Mail. “It’s very stressful for the whole family.”
CNN reported on Tuesday, August 25, that attorney Howard Cooper, representing Patrick, also addressed the claims, calling them “patently false and defamatory,” and warning of the harm they could cause.
“The facts are indisputable: Patrick Clancy has suffered an unspeakable and unimaginable loss. Unfortunately, the tragedy Patrick has experienced has been compounded by patently false, defamatory, and injurious public statements,” his statement read.
“The individuals making those statements – from minor influencers to major celebrities – should be on notice that their despicable actions and false, defamatory statements have caused real-life consequences to the health and safety of Patrick and his family.”
After five weeks of testimony, jurors began deliberating on Thursday over whether Lindsay, 36, was criminally responsible under Massachusetts law.
Days after the killings, Patrick publicly forgave Lindsay in a statement posted to the family’s GoFundMe page.
He echoed that position later in a profile The New Yorker published in October 2024, acknowledging her actions while saying she “got really sick.”
During the first week of trial in July, Patrick testified for the defense and has filed a lawsuit against Lindsay’s health care providers.
As jurors continue deliberating in Lindsay’s trial, Patrick has not publicly commented on the pending verdict.
