NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) — Heads up, morning commuters!
The MTA announced that weekend repairs on multiple subway lines will continue into the morning rush hour, disrupting service.

The MTA says crews discovered cracks underneath the track bed near 81st Street and Central Park West during scheduled weekend work.
Crews are working around the clock, and the MTA hopes that service will be fully restored by the afternoon rush.

There is no rush-hour A service from Rockaway Park-Beach 116 St to Broad Channel.
Commuters should use the S train and connect with the A at Broad Channel.
There will be no B trains in the Bronx or Upper Manhattan through Monday.
B trains will run via the M line between 47-50 Sts and Lexington/63rd Street, then via the Q to and from 96th St/2 Av.
Downtown C trains will run express from 125 St to 59 St-Columbus Circle through Monday.
Uptown C trains will make local stops; however, expect delays.
The MTA advises taking the Nos. 1, 2, and 3 trains as an alternative.
