Nicholas Marchese, who served prison time for a fatal DWI crash on Staten Island, has been arrested in two domestic violence incidents this summer. Authorities say the 37-year-old man was arrested on Aug. 27 after a woman reported injuries from the first incident in July and another in August. The woman suffered a fractured shoulder and substantial pain in the first incident, and police say Marchese was barred by an order of protection dating back to June. Marchese faces charges including robbery, assault, aggravated criminal contempt, grand larceny, criminal contempt, aggravated harassment, petit larceny, criminal possession of stolen property and harassment. He was previously sentenced to 5 years and 8 months to 17 years in prison for a crash on Aug. 29, 2010 that killed Jeffrey Capretta and Daniel Peluso.
