Brooklyn resident Glenn E. Graham, 56, was arrested in Rye on Sunday, Aug. 30, the City of Rye Police Department said on Tuesday, Sept. 1.

Police said Graham tried to use a fraudulent form of identification while trying to withdraw money from a bank account. Authorities did not identify the bank, disclose how much money Graham allegedly tried to withdraw, or say whether any money was successfully taken.

Graham was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

He was processed and released on an appearance ticket directing him to return to Rye City Court at a later date.
