Barbie Blank Coba went western with her celebration of her twins’ special day!
The former pro wrestler, 39, known to her WWE fans as Kelly Kelly, and husband Joe Coba threw a ‘Three-Haw’ bash in celebration of their twins’, son Jaxon Matthew and daughter Brooklyn Marie, third birthday.
Sharing photos of the special day with PEOPLE exclusively, Blank Coba says that the family has recently been interested in ranch life.
“I take them to see horses and cows and chickens all the time, and they love it!” she says. “So I thought it’d be a cute theme for their third birthday.”
The family chose Los Angeles’ Haile Ranch, where they’ve been spending time as a family, to host the special event. “They have so many horses, as well as pigs and chickens and goats. It’s just such a beautiful space, so when we’d been there over the summer, I knew, ‘Oh my gosh, we have to do it here. It’d be perfect,’ ” the mom of two shares.
“They brought out the horses for the kids to pet and brush. They got to feed the chickens and the goats,” Blank Coba adds.

The event was full of food and fun for both the adult guests and the twins’ little friends.
“We had wood-fired pizza from La Pizzeria and the charcuterie cart from Los Angeles Grazing Company, which were both big hits,” Blank Coba says. “We had a big bounce house from Bounce House Trend. We had our custom make-your-own cowboy or cowgirl hat station by Sweet and Social Kids, which was so cute. There were a million little patches and decorations you could pick out and they were ironing them on, right there.”
Another favorite for the youngest attendees was the big sensory bin set up by Pitter Patter Play. “The kids were sitting in it and playing in it and having such a blast,” she continues.
The kids also enjoyed face painting, with the mom of two sharing, “Our face painter dressed up like Jessie from Toy Story, which was so sweet!” There was also a bubble show, all by Marmalade Kids Show.
While the kids recharged with treats from the big, custom number three piñata, adults did the same with coffee from The Garden Coffee Co. Dessert consisted of cotton candy by La Belle Delight Catering Service, a dessert bar from SugarRush Studios, with custom pictures of the twins on select items, and birthday cakes from Special Cakes LA.

For Blank Coba, it was a “weight lifted” to see both her kids and her guests having a blast. “You know, you do all this work for three months just hoping that everything goes according to plan. But once it comes together it’s everything,” she says.
“When we walked through the ranch and saw it, it was just perfection. It was so beautiful, with everything just like I envisioned it. It all came to life and made for the best day,” the proud mom shares.
When she isn’t busy party planning or working on exciting new business ventures, Blank Coba is soaking up every moment with her toddlers. She loves seeing their personalities emerge, noting, “They have their own opinions, which is wild. They’re gonna do what they want to do.”
“That day, they had construction vehicles at the ranch and they let my husband and my son get in and drive them around. That made his day and mine. Jaxon’s also really into bugs right now,” she shared of her son.

As for her daughter, “She loves anything Frozen and anything girly. She wants tons of makeup,” she laughs. “She’s also just the boss. My son is very much like, ‘Whatever you say, sis.’ He’s so good with her and she takes the big sister spot and speaks for him, too. She’ll say, ‘Jaxie doesn’t like that,’ or ‘Jaxie doesn’t want this.’ “
“They also love Nightmare Before Christmas, which is hilarious, like you wouldn’t think, but they are obsessed. That’s what we’re gonna be for Halloween because they are just loving it,” she adds.

With her 40th birthday coming up in 2027, Blank Coba says the conversation in their house is touching on expanding the family. She says, “I think maybe we want to have one more. So I’m like, ‘let’s just really enjoy it, just us four, because who knows what might happen?’ So, let’s just enjoy this time together.”
When it comes to her professional life, Blank Coba quietly hints, “You might see me back on TV one day. We’re just gonna leave it at that.”
She also says she hasn’t given up on thinking about getting back in the ring, curious to test her body’s capabilities since welcoming two babies. “I haven’t gotten in the wrestling ring since I had the twins, so I think I want to try at some point. We’ll see.”
