GEDDES, N.Y. — Parts of the Great New York State Fairgrounds flooded on Wednesday morning as a storm producing heavy rain moved over Geddes, N.Y. CNY Central crews at the fairgrounds captured parts of the fairgrounds that were temporarily underwater.
The fair temporarily banned entry on Wednesday. As of around noon, the fair did not have an ETA for when people could enter.
