The New York State Fair has a few days left. Check out this interactive path for a few things you can see along the way if you only can attend the fair one day this year.

1. Dairy products building – In this building fairgoers can see the butter sculpture, but this year they can also see a 55-inch chocolate tower at Berries n’ Cream as well as try an ube gouda cheese from Yancey’s Fancy.

2. Expo Center – Fairgoers can attend a three-ring circus AND see corgi races in the expo center. Plus, it is air conditioned so enjoy the shows and cool off. The corgi races have three showings daily at 11 a.m., 2 p.m. and 5 p.m., and the circus shows are 12:30 p.m., 3:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.

3. Latino Village – The village has a few new vendors this year including Boom Boom Mex Mex, a local Mexican restaurant. They are serving soft serve margaritas with a few different flavors including strawberry, pineapple, cherry and lime.

4. The Future Farmers of America building – Fairgoers can visit the new permanent home for the FFA program, which gets youth involved in agriculture.

5. Ski Extreme Productions show – Watch the production team complete flips, stunts and tricks on jetskis, water skis and wakeboards. The offer shows at 11 a.m., 4:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.

6. Music along the Midway – While there are daily concerts at Chevy Court and Suburban Park, fairgoers can catch concerts along the Midway at the Shamrock, and fairgoers can grab food and wine slushies along this path as well.

7. The Eatery – Many food vendors offer something for everyone in the Eatery, but Chocolate Taps is serving ube and matcha ice cream, and another popular local vendor Calle Tropical now has empanadas.

8. Harvey’s Garden in the Empire Room – Harvey’s Garden is operating the Empire Room this year. Fairgoers can vote for their pick of mayor for the Empire Room either Peter Pickle or Betty Blueberry, but they can also take part in free entertainment including line dancing, trivia and live music. On the final day of the fair beginning at noon, visitors are encouraged to participate in the New York State Fair Olympics. The events include gallon milk jug hold, corn husking and a husband calling contest.
