The three-time MVP has been out since May 31 with an injury.
Reporter: “There’s been a lot of weight on all you guys since Judge went down. He seems to be getting close now. What do you think the impact of that’s going to be when he does come back?”
Rice: “That’d be hard to put into words. I’m not exactly sure what the status is, but we’re all as eager to have him back now as we were right when he went out. It would mean a lot to us.”
Following his third straight multi-hit game, Ben Rice speaks on his hot hitting, Spencer Jones’ trip out west, and the impact Aaron Judge could have when he returns. #YANKSonYES
