Authorities are on the hunt for a masked gunman who opened fire on a Brooklyn street Monday night, killing a man in cold blood.

Brooklyn detectives are on the hunt for a masked gunman behind a deadly, cold-blooded shooting on Monday night.
According to police sources, the deadly shooting took place at approximately 8:36 p.m. on Sept. 7 in front of Brownsville’s 350 Bristol St. Cops say a group of people were standing at a nearby intersection when one of them opened fire.
Officers from the 73rd Precinct and paramedics rushed to the scene after a report that someone had been struck by the gunfire. Upon arrival, first responders discovered a 32-old man with a gunshot wound to the head.
EMS rushed him to Brookdale Hospital, where he could not be saved and was pronounced dead. He has since been identified as Cleo Daniels of Bedford-Stuyvesant.

The shooter is described as wearing a black hodded sweatshirt, black mask, black shorts, and black joint sneakers. He disappeared after fleeing into a park on Dumont Avenue.
Police set up a crime scene to investigate and discovered several shell casings.
No arrests have been made, and the investigation remains ongoing.
