Three people were shot, one critically, on a Bronx street late Monday night, police said.
One victim, a 43-year-old man, was struck in the head and is in critical condition at Lincoln Hospital.
The other victims — a 65-year-old woman struck in the leg and a 52-year-old woman grazed in the leg — were taken to the same hospital and are in stable condition.
Police said the shooting happened at 10:53 p.m. on University Ave. near the Cross Bronx Expressway.
It appears the victims were sitting down at the time, though it wasn’t clear who the gunman was targeting, according to police.
The gunman is still being sought.
