“The 72,000-square-foot-Harper Street Administration Building– which will include storage space, a truck wash building, flood wall, EV charging stations, and sanitary and storm sewer upgrades, and will house NYC DOT’s Fleet Services and Roadway Division, NYC Department of Design and Construction Commissioner Paul Ochoa.
The redevelopment is intended to create a safer, more resilient, and modern operational base for DOT roadway repair, maintenance, and fleet services while strengthening the facility’s ability to withstand environmental and operational challenges along Flushing Bay.
