QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11) — A 53-year-old man was beaten to death with a 2-by-4 during an argument on the outskirts of a Queens park Tuesday morning, police said.
The man was attacked outside Rufus King Park at 89th Avenue and 153rd Street at around 8:40 a.m., according to the NYPD.
Authorities said the 53-year-old man was hit with a 2-by-4 during a fight with the suspect. The victim was rushed to the hospital with head trauma but could not be saved. police said.
The victim has not been identified.
There have been no arrests.
