A man wanted in connection with a double homicide in the Bronx is now facing charges in New Rochelle after police say he violently attacked a woman.

Police said 42-year-old Ronald Rashad Givhan, of Brooklyn, was arrested Monday.

Investigators said Givhan allegedly pistol-whipped a woman in New Rochelle on Sunday, causing injuries to her face and eye.

Police said Givhan was also wanted in connection with a double homicide in the Bronx that happened in June.

He is now in custody.
