As the temperature starts to drop for fall, gas prices are on the rise in New York City.

AAA reports that the average cost of regular gas is $4.41.

That is an 11-cent increase from last week and 27 cents higher than last month.

The price is a bit less painful for residents of The Bronx, where it costs one cent lower than the city average.
