The New York Giants entered a windy road matchup against the Chicago Bears on Sunday, hoping to snap a three-game losing streak.

Instead, the Giants watched a two-possession lead in the fourth quarter slip away, dropping their record to 2-8 and extending the losing streak to four consecutive games. The Giants held the lead for most of the contest, with their scoring driven by rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart.

Dart recorded two rushing touchdowns on the day, earning our selection as player of the game. He completed 19 of 29 passes for 242 yards and added 66 rushing yards, two rushing touchdowns, and a fumble.

Unfortunately, Dart was unable to finish the game, exiting late in the third quarter after fumbling the ball and suffering a concussion.

Despite the injury — which many had feared might occur given his fearless running style — Dart continues to make significant contributions, even while missing his top two weapons in the Giants’ offense.
