The worried cousin of missing newlywed Dominick Bianchi revealed he forgot her birthday just weeks before he vanished — despite years of celebrating it “like clockwork.”

Bianchi, 35, failed to show up to his cousin’s birthday, or even wish her well in a text, last month in what his worried cousin described as an out of character move.
“Every year he reaches out on my birthday like clockwork,” Marina Bianchi told The Post, describing the missing man as “like a brother.”

Marina Bianchi at the time chalked the forgetfulness up to the “stress of moving” — explaining that he and his new wife, Julianna Zyra, had just returned to their hometown of East Greenbush, New York, from Quincy, Massachusetts, to be closer to their families.
Upon hearing the news of his disappearance, Marina Bianchi “thought maybe he took off for a little while, but three days? No, this is not right.”

Cops say Dominick Bianchi walked out of his home Tuesday without his cellphone, wallet and car.
He suffers from type 1 diabetes, something Marina Bianchi said he always took very seriously, leaving his family concerned he may not have his insulin with him.

“It’s the last person I would expect something like this to happen to,” his 35-year-old cousin said, calling “Dom” a “good dude.”
The East Greenbush Police Department has not released any updates on the puzzling case.

“We’re continuing efforts to locate him, determine his whereabouts, you know, exhausting all investigative techniques,” Detective Sergeant Michael Guadagnino told The Post Friday.
Zyra, who revealed her husband struggles with his mental health, previously pleaded for him to come home in an emotional interview earlier this week.
“I know you feel really alone, but there are people who want to help you. If you’re seeing this, please, come home,” she begged through tears.

Bianchi, described as 5-foot 11-inches, was wearing black sweatpants, a black long-sleeve shirt and possibly a baseball hat when he was last seen at his home around 10 a.m. Tuesday.
He also has some unique tattoos, including a skull and roses on his chest, a baseball on his right arm and a cross on his back.
Police have asked people in the area to check their properties, sheds, cars, trail cams and any home surveillance for signs of Bianchi.
