New York Fashion Week’s runways are only complete with the work of dozens of makeup, hair, and nail artists, and those looks influence the next big beauty trends. Each model walks down with a look that suits their features and outfit but still fits the styling of the designers’ collection and vision. That customization—rather than the one-size-fits-all approach that some trends get stuck in—make NYFW an underrated source of beauty inspo.

Luckily, the Teen Vogue editors have been on the grounds, taking notes of the hottest trends we’re seeing on the NYFW Spring/Summer 2027 runways. The biggest takeaways? Bold, bright colors, like the ones worn by YouTubers in the early 2010s, are sneakily making a comeback. Eyeshadow isn’t dead; it’s just being used differently. There’s a new slick-back alternative in town. And most notably, you’re going to have to pry blush out of our hands.

Below, check out all the details on the beauty trends we’re loving at NYFW so far.

Blush was the focal point of looks seen at Cult Gaia, Ralph Lauren, Tory Burch, and Kim Shui. The healthy flushes of color on the cheeks are unmissable—whether you’re seated in the front row or not.
