NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) — Flights were grounded at LaGuardia and John F. Kennedy airports due to rain and thunderstorms, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.
A ground stop was issued at LaGuardia until 11 a.m.
At JFK, the ground stop was lifted, but delays of over 45 minutes continued to disrupt flight services.
