New York City’s inaugural Pizza Week brings limited-edition slices and a citywide voting competition to 21 local pizzerias across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens this September.

New York City’s inaugural Pizza Week is running from September 20 through October 4, 2026, bringing exclusive, limited-edition slices to 23 independent pizzerias across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.
The two-week, pay-as-you-go event requires no tickets or reservations. Customers simply walk in, order the shop’s designated Signature Slice, and rate it via text message to help determine the citywide Best Slice winner.
Additionally, a portion of the proceeds from every Signature Slice sold will benefit Slice Out Hunger, a local nonprofit fighting food insecurity.
