A 59-year-old woman was found dead with injuries to her head Monday morning in Bay Ridge.
Police responded to a call of a woman who was unconscious and unresponsive inside of 314 79th St. just before 9:30 a.m.
When they arrived, they found the 59-year-old woman with trauma to her head. She was pronounced deceased by EMS on scene.
The medical examiner will determine her cause of death.
