Authorities are investigating the death of a woman who was found stabbed multiple times in a Harlem apartment.
Police responding to a call about an assault at a 129th Street apartment around 4:30 a.m. on Monday discovered the 47-year-old woman. She had been repeatedly stabbed.
The woman was taken to hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
Her identity is being withheld pending family notification.
Cops say the suspect ran off after the attack. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, blue jeans and black sneakers.
