This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Park Slope, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, and Windsor Terrace. How did they fare?
First up, a Park Slope two-family brownstone still has some details including moldings, mantels, and a plaster medallion. This former Open House Pick sold in May for $4.075 million, which was $80,000 over the asking price.
This Prospect Lefferts Gardens single-family, one in a fetching row of Tudor style homes, has the exterior charm that made the Tudor Revival style so popular in the early 20th century. This former House of the Day sold in May for $2.365 million, which was $265,000 over the asking price.
On Windsor Terrace’s Temple Court, this house is part of a multi-hued stretch. While it may not be overflowing with details on the interior, the single-family is move-in ready and has pocket-sized gardens at the front and back. This former Open House Pick sold in July for $2.025 million, which was $230,000 over the asking price.
Finally, in estate condition, this Park Slope one-bedroom might need a bit of TLC, but it has a generously sized layout, plenty of closet space, and a few period details. This former Co-op of the Day sold in August for $780,000, which was $95,000 under the asking price.
