No renderings are available, but a zoning diagram indicates a mundane massing with a series of 2 setbacks at floors 10 and 6 to provide balcony and outdoor space to certain residents.
The 145′ tall building will contain 77,100 SF of residential, yielding approximately 700 SF units a piece. 236 Gold replaces a few adjoined, long vacant lots. A timeline for completion is not made public, but Winter 2027 would be consistent with similarly sized projects.
