Climate Week in New York City is coming up next week, bringing leaders, activists and experts together to spotlight the importance of speaking truthfully about climate change.
Ahead of the week’s events, Karenna Gore, founder and director of the Center for Earth Ethics, will take part in an event Thursday night.
She is also the eldest daughter of former Vice President Al Gore, who has spent decades making climate change a central part of his public work, including through his Oscar-winning documentary “An Inconvenient Truth.”
Gore joins “Mornings On 1” to discuss the upcoming event and what to expect during Climate Week.
