LITTLE ITALY, Manhattan (WABC) — The Feast of San Gennaro kicked off Thursday in Little Italy, marking the iconic festival’s 100th year.
Thousands of people are expected to crowd 11 blocks along Mulberry Street to sample Italian-American favorites, including pizza, pasta, cannoli and gelato, from more than 300 vendors.
The festival also features music, games and rides.
The Feast of San Gennaro runs through Sept. 27.
