NORTH SYRACUSE, N.Y. — New York State Senator Christopher Ryan hosted a Senior Fair on Saturday morning. It was held the North Syracuse Junior High School from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The event was held to offer and connect seniors with resources that help them with health, wellness and socialization.
There were forty vendors, even including one from a legal cannabis organization.
“I think the most important thig with seniors s connecting people,” said Senator Ryan.
Senator Ryan will be holding another senior fair in Oswego County. This will be on September 22 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. It will take place at the Lake Ontario Events and Conference Center.
