NORTH ELBA, N.Y. (WCAX) – A New York man died early Sunday morning after crashing into a house foundation in the town of North Elba.
It happened about 12:47 a.m. at the intersection of Old Military Road and Newman Road. New York State Police say Edward Trimm, 53, of Ogdensburg, was headed southwest on Newman Road and failed to stop at the intersection, continuing down a driveway and hitting a foundation wall.
He died at the scene.
